Jorge Jesús Díez Solera is registered as an RPA Operator with the Spanish Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) under the trade name "MULTI DRONE".
El presente sitio web (en adelante, "el Sitio") tiene como finalidad presentar y proporcionar acceso a herramientas software para operadores de drones compatibles con el ecosistema ArduPilot. El soporte para PX4 está previsto en la hoja de ruta. Algunas de estas herramientas son de acceso gratuito y otras estarán sujetas a licencia o suscripción cuando se lancen comercialmente.
All content on the Site —texts, images, source code, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, structure, software and visual elements in general— is the exclusive property of Jorge Jesús Díez Solera or used under the corresponding licenses, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.
The following is expressly prohibited:
The trade name "MULTI DRONE" has been used by its owner in the market since 2015, registered as an AESA operator and as a domain. The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) has denied its registration as a trademark/trade name for considering it generic-descriptive, which does not prevent its commercial use but means it does not enjoy registry protection.
The software accessible from the Site (including ArduParams) is offered "as is", without express or implied warranties. Use of the software is governed by the Terms of Use.
The owner reserves the right to modify, update or remove content from the Site at any time without prior notice. Continuous availability of the Site is not guaranteed, and it may be interrupted by maintenance, updates or external causes.
The owner is not liable for damages that may arise from use of the Site or software. See the Terms of Use for a detailed description of liability limitations.
The Site may contain links to third-party pages or resources (ArduPilot documentation, community, forums, etc.). The owner assumes no responsibility for the content, services or privacy policies of such external sites.
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the owner's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
