2. Data we collect

Data we collect directly

When you submit your email through the "waitlist" or "product interest" forms, we collect only:

• Your email address.
• The product you showed interest in (Log Analyzer, Fleet Manager).
• The date and time the form was submitted.

We don't ask for name, surname, phone or any other personal data.

Data we do NOT collect

We don't use tracking cookies, we don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or equivalent tools. We don't track your browsing. We don't collect your IP, browser or operating system. The website is static and loads only what's necessary to function.

Data processed by ArduParams

The ArduParams application (parameter editor) runs 100% in your browser. The .param, .params and .bin files you upload are never sent to any server. They are processed locally on your device. We do not have access to their content at any time.

3. Purpose of processing

The data you provide (email + product of interest) is used exclusively to:

• Notify you when the product you showed interest in is available for beta or public launch.
• Send you at most 2-3 informational emails throughout the entire development and launch process.
• Eventually, offer you early access or preferential conditions if any.

We will not send you periodic newsletters, third-party advertising, or unsolicited commercial emails.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your email is your explicit consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

5. Retention period

We retain your email while your indicated interest remains valid or until you request its deletion. If the product you signed up for does not launch within 24 months, we will automatically remove your email from the list.

6. Recipients

Your data is stored in Tally (Tally Forms BVBA, Belgium), a GDPR-compliant form provider. It is not transferred to third parties, not sold, not used for commercial profiling, not transferred outside the European Economic Area except to this provider.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Spanish LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to the processing.
• Restrict the processing.
• Portability of your data to another controller.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to hola@multidrone.es indicating which right you want to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.

8. Complaints

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (aepd.es).

9. Security

The website is served entirely over HTTPS. Data in Tally is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification or destruction of the data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legislation. The last update date will always appear at the beginning of this document. If changes are substantial, we will notify you by email at the registered address.
